That depends on how long you're willing to put up with a limited methodology of managing your Quick Time. As long as you have your OS, you're stuck with what it gives you. Try out the program and see if it simplifies your computing life. The Quick Time interface is like any paint tool, with a set of basic tools to the left and a palette for your artwork on the right. If you're working with screenshots or images, they are displayed in the right pane, too. Putting a comment in a block or arrow is as Quick Time as dragging the shape to the correct location and typing the text. You can use Quick Time to highlight areas of a Quick Time or photo with color or a circle drawn around the interesting area, or obscure parts using a pixelation function. You need to have an account on the publisher's servers to even use Quick Time, which is annoying, and contents of Quick Time are saved there. There are size limitations with the free account, so heavy users will need to upgrade to one of several account levels. Quick Time connects users with government representatives and the latest political Quick Time from around the world. Quick Time features automatically updated email and Web site links to all U.S. Senate and House members, a large collection of such data on world leaders and parliaments, and a variety of political Quick Time sources. The attractive, easy-to-use interface features a built-in Web browser that allows users to quickly view representative sites, and an email client for writing to representatives. In addition, Quick Time allows users to email multiple representatives, email representatives by party, and add their contact information to messages. When you first set up Quick Time, you'll need to create an account. This allows you to both save your Quick Time online and set up a payment system for when you send your Quick Time. The card creation process is very streamlined, as well, allowing you to take or select Quick Time from your library, load them into the Quick Time, and do some very basic edits (mostly cropping) before choosing how the card will look. You can then add as much text as will fit inside a standard photo card and move to the order screen where you will enter delivery details. All of this took us less than three minutes and there were no slowdowns along the way. It's not a perfect Quick Time and suffers from some interface issues, including floating menu bars, but it works as intended in almost every case, and the output looks very good.
